Dear Family & Friends,

CHRISTMAS GREETINGS, From our House to Yours.

Have you ever had a Birthday Party where all your friends that came received gifts and you received NOTHING? Is JESUS at the TOP of your list of gifts?? In the hustle and bustle of this season, let us not forget the true meaning of “CHRISTmas”.

The REAL REASON for CHRISTMAS, was to bring the Saviour into this world, because HE is the perfect sacrifice for our sins.

JESUS Is the PERFECT Christmas Gift to the world.

If you have never received Jesus as Your Personal Saviour, what a better time to receive the most perfect gift of all!! Jesus should always be first place in our lives, but especially now, as we Celebrate the Birth of the Christ child.

We are so thankful to all of you who have faithfully supported us with your prayers and/or financially. We would not be able to do the work God has called us to do if not for your help. We are seeing some progress in our language skills. Opportunities are increasing to visit in different homes of Templo Bautista members. This gives us much more practice speaking Spanish than when we are at church. The people are so loving, gracious and helpful. Ivan has preached in Spanish twice in the past few weeks. What a blessing this is and an extremely important step in our ministry!! Ivan and the mixed quartet are sounding great, and he is having a full choir for Christmas. He started a ladies chorus about 6 weeks ago. They and the choir will be part of the Christmas program with the children. We enjoy getting people involved in ministry at the church to use the talents God has given them, starting with the children on up. We praise the Lord for the opportunities we have at Templo Bautista (Baptist Temple). I help in Children’s Church, and the children look at me in amazement when I correct them in Spanish. These little children will melt your heart.

We have talked with our Hispanic neighbor named Braulio about coming to our house for a Bible Study. He was recently saved and needs discipleship. He said he would love that, but his work schedule is not compatible right now. Please pray God will open a door to minister to him and others through the Bible Study. Ivan has witnessed to his cousin/roommate, Santiago. We don’t believe he is saved. Please pray we can reach him also. Our neighbor on the other side of us is a young woman named Alejandra (also Hispanic). She has 2 little boys, (ages 2 and 4). She said she would try to come to church with us on Christmas. Pray she will not be hindered from coming.

Charlotte lost her mom on May 25th , Ivan also lost 2 Aunts and an Uncle this year. They are all spending Christmas with Jesus this year and through all eternity! While our hearts are saddened by their deaths, and we miss them very much; we would not wish them back from the Glories of Heaven and the arms of Jesus.

PRAYER REQUESTS: Continued Language Progress, We will reach many lost souls with the Gospel, Financial needs, and God’s Perfect Will for our lives.
